As i look back at 2003 and continue my journey on 2004...different thoughts and feelings juz flooded through my mind..the unforgettable moments..the happy hours.. and of coz the sad and depressing times.."2003"..what a year..O levels..being mentored...playing soccer in the middle of prelims...some many things..gonna leave the sad things behind me but continue to pursue in what i hope and believe in...hoping 2004 would yet be another better year 4 me and everyone..2004..here i come..=)
worK at Chinatown was quite hectic even during the first day...everything was so new but you juz have to picked it up along the way...the price of all the different ba kwa was bothering 4 a while but i kinda got the hang of it...(i hope) the people there were really nice but i think some got a little bit pissed off by my inadequate ability to work things right...felt quite unless but some were being very patient towards me..Experience played a huge part at work..besides the frequent annoyed faces of costumers i get when i stumbled and muttered...the most upseting and hurtful comment was when one costumer asked/commmented in a disgustd manner,"why you so dumb and stupid??(ps. i added the "stupid to make it more drama...hehe)" its not that i've not been scolded dumb but by a stranger?? maybe this was the first time...it kinda demoralised me for a couple of minutes before i could gather my thoughts back...well like they say..."The costumers are always right"( what can i do?? haha..) you're in the service department and this is what you're expected to get...=p anyway..i won't exposed my working place first after i gain more experience points..hehehhe...until next time..chaoZ!
first it was lasi lemak(nice!!) at boon lay in the middle of the night with my frends..then soccer at a near-by street soccer court till 6 in the morning..after two hours of rest..woke up and proceed to church for christmas service..somehow we got into helping moving the chairs up and down instead of listening to the sermon due to the large unexpected no. of ppl..tok about serventhood!! hehe..then got together with our new CG to watch a movie..Scary Movie 3...a super duper stupid and lame movie...i still haven watch LOTR!! gr!! fua hahahaz...anyway..will be starting my work at mei zhen xiang le...sighz..no more rotting=less time online...juz hope i won't miss much action while i'm working... c yaz!!! =)
well...the meaning Christmas for most people is one of the biggest holidays in a year and most people have impression that they should do something fun and unique during the
Christmas.but on the other hand,*Christmas is a holy day from Christians point of view. Christmas is the day that Jesus Christ was born, and people every year celebrate for his birth, and appreciate the jesus being in the nature.*tats about 2003 years ago!! sadly,some people abuse Christmas day by becoming too commercialized.
take 4 example people especially in the modern world try to buy many presents for others the industries are encouraged to invent more products which is a good point,but smth bad is that they tend to put too high price for certain goods which would be lower in normal seasons. Therefore, people are not becoming aware of the real meaning of Christmas but concentrate on buying things,and have fun.
to me..Christmas is about spreading the meaning of sharing and caring with others..juz as how The Lord haf shown by sending his son down to die 4 us...and remembering it..
so my frends..what/who are you celebrating Christmas for??is it juz a day of fun and enjoyment??let us not forget what Cristmas is all about and why we celebrate it... have a Blessed Christmas...=)
went to town with ian with our bikes today...thank God fot the weather...it rained a bit..which is nice because it was refeshing and cooling...=) saw one of my frends selling stuffs along orchard..heng i siam him b4 he could get me to buy something =p Ian suggested that we should go down to Treknology to haf a look..bad mistake..it revived my fire for bikes again..uh oh...$$ is gonna be used again..haha..aw well...i've already decided that better bikes would not be the main wish-list...would only go chiong for good bike parts when i haf the extra cash..(which won't happen...=p)..lets juz see wat happens..hehehe..anyway..broke my shades when it dropped and i stepped on it..both lens flew out of the frame..imagine my wearing a shade without the lens..hahahaz...=( sobx..but but but...my infamous pharse..:old one dun go..new one cannot come mahz"..hehe..well...christmas is coming soon...(hint* hint* =p j/k...j/k...)but somehow i'm not getting into tat mo0d...hmm....
a long long week.....Wat a long,tiring yet fruitful time and experience i had during the soul surivor 2 camp...a whole lot different feeling(if not even better ) i had during the last
soul survivor camp back last year in june..being a helper in this camp really took mi to another level of challenge and satisfaction...the fact tat u play less,do more,eat less,do more,sleep less,do more is clearly inevitable..now i know wat the whole camp committee was going through the last year round..i tot it was juz "bang!' and u take charge of the camp...i never knew so much preparation had to be taken place before the whole show can start..take the Operation Longhill at Upper Pierce Resivor for example..a time of 5 hours was taken to prepare the whole
operation which ended in just 25mins...hahaha..but it was fun and funny..on the way trekking through the jungle and streams..we saw a couple of Ns personals...they had their camo. cream on;we had our camo. cream on too.they had their fullpacks on;we to had our backpacks on.they had their SAR(singapore assualt rifles) and GPM(general purpose machine-guns??) on;we had own water bombs and water guns on..they were looking at us in a funny funny way..duhz..=p wondered what the Ns personals might be thinking..."wat a bunch of idiots" =p the jungle trekking and stream crossing were quite new and fresh to the younger cildern so we had to be extra careful..it was quite an adventure for them..=) had a wonderful time with Willie and gang at the beach on the last nite...playing the titi-tutu game..hehehz..well. theres just too much things tat went on during the camp tat if i list it down..i wld be going non-stop..=p yea we were tired like mad..lbut nothing is more rewarding than to see the campers enjoying themselves and having a wonderful time...but in the midst of all this fun..lets not forget wat the main purpose was..in fact the main purpose was acheived...during the 4 days..i sense the Lord's presense..i'm not kidding..for those whu were in the camp..remember the time we did own 5BX along the beach??the sea was so0o clam and gentle when we reached there..but the moment we started to leave after the exercise..immediately,the waves came in and crashed along and against the sides of the wall..it as strong and
loud..such perfect timing..as if the Lord was greeting us a very Good Morning..i can never forget the sight from afar..the waves in a line..coming from far..and closer and closer...ever so beautiful...wat about the weather guys??the Lord held back the rain till the very last end of the Amazing Race round Sembawang..it only started pouring after Operation Longhill has ended..and how it was completely dry at Sembawang even thought it was raining cats and dogs at Bukit TImah??are this not signs from God??so much things have happened in our midst..i'm sure the
fellow campers felt it...i also gives thanks to God for the wonderful new friends i have made..and strengtening bonds between old frends...and turly...i have survived...
yesterday:looking back at yesterday...its just another bonus to mi to see 6 new salvations(AMEN!!) and many coming forward to recommit their lives back to the Lord...all this would not have happned if we didn't prayed..i recalled the day that we just broke camp and were told to stayed back for a rehersal for the service on sunday..i and a few another jokers were the BVs..Barny said that if we were to see salvations..we have to pray..because everything starts with prayer...although feeling rather tired..i gave it a shot when he told us to take a seat at each corner of the scantury to pray..it was the first time i really prayed so seriously...the next day...the prayers were answered..it was wat we were praying for...a great revival...suddenly God became so real to my life..amen to tat...my prayer for the YPM(youth people ministry)would be that we will continue to grow in the Lord's presense and stand sure and stedfast!! hehe =) wah!!i've written so long man!!! haha!! record!!! =) aywy did a stupid thingy for fun..noe wat?i was a general in past life!!lol wat a joke!! =p
soul-survivor 2 is coming up!!!happening on the 17th -20th of Dec...which means i won't be around keeping you guys updated the next few days..which means i can't catch Lord Of The Rings preview!!!i just hope the naughty sickness would go away before the camp..=p being a helper in this camp..i think there will be a lot of stuffs to work on...cannot be ill..cannot be ill..=) going over to Mark's house later tomorrow(this) evening since his house is much much more nearer to the church than mine..which means i dun haf to wake up tat early the next morning..but i haven pack my bag yet...hehehe..relac..tml then pack..=p anyway...today is basically slack day..selpt till 11++ then made my way down to west coast play pool with the gang...hung out there for around five hours..dun noe why but recently i've just picked up this pool playing thing and "i'm loving it".."pa dum pum dum dum.." =) hehehe..but the most dumb thing did for the day was playing bowling..i literally rowed my $$ down the drain as of my bowling ball rolling happily into the long kang...so sad...well..been a long and tiring day.. so i'm prepared to ZzzzzZz...take care ppl!!!!!!!
been lately very busy these two days..decided to help out in the Sharity Gift Box on friday instead of going to Mark's house to a retreat...just felt that i could go Mark's house anytime i want..but the SGB is like once a year and i'm just trying to serve the community in this time of christmas mo0d..in a way..i felt that the SGB calls out more importance..so sorry guys that i didn't make it to the retreat!!=)well..it was quite tiring for myself doing the SBG..i've to sort of take care the boys since i was the only senior there...some of the older boys were allocated to other locations while i stick some younger ones with me to the Singpore Army Logistics at Chua Chu Kang Road...this is where all the basic sorting out strats...sorting out different products and packing them into boxes before they are being sent to BB HQ...had a lot of fun doing the stuffs..you'll be amazed how wierd the items donated are...from facial creams to dun noe what have you..quite omical...hehe...but it was always fun and enjoyable to do something for the community...i hope the boys will learnt that the SGB is not just a thing that they perform..get badges..and get done and over with it..i sure hope that they had something more than just a badge they will get...=p yesterday was another busy day for me..woke up at 1130..(12 got one meeting..soul survivor camp meeting) =\ messaged Yong Shoon and later postponed it to 1...phew...well the meeting was quite a long one..it ended at 6+...i've to admit there was not much contribution on my side..completely drained from the SGB...i onli sat there and listen and listen...=) probably because and all the early wakes and late nights...i'm having a very terrible flu and its still not going away...grr...i sense a fever coming REaLLLLLLL so0N... =c|
one moment u are cursing and swearing the teachers bossing their way around making you do tones of assignments..making life difficult for you..the next moment u find yourself sitting in fornt of your com writing silly entries like this one and u think...how's life without difficulty??boring?? 'yes!!'(until i start my work i hope..) funny isn't it?? then laugh lah!!hahaha..i find myself complaining the whole of my 16 years...got school..you complain-sian so much work to do...no school...you complain-sian nothing to do..LOL..see that irony in life??haha..perhaps thats ...Life??nono...i dun think life sucks...cause i can't find any straw to suck...(oh no..waht a inefficient joke..=p) life doesn't suck...if something has to suck it is u and me..the way we live the life... hahaha!!now i'm getting all pro already...lol..anyway...juz my half cent worth of thoughts...hahahahahha...
yup...its been quite some time since i last wrote something on my blog..probably because i'm too lazy/busy to write..or maybe its because of the fact that i have to write on a new blog..kinda gifs u a feeling u have to gif up everything u have clinged on to dearly before and start on something new...it really is kinda depressing and sad to do that..i suppose one could relate this what i call "unexpected event" to life...and yes certainly...life is like a packet of char kway tieow...u're never know whatca gonna get..sometimes u dun wan the clams but the uncle die die give u clams..maybe the uncle wants u to try something different??whu knows??but i really never liked clams..=) how about the time when u wanted to hail a taxi and it always happen that all the rest of the taxis are either occupied or 'On-Call'?? and when u dun need to take a taxi u see taxis and taxis that are unoccupied zooming past you?? strange??unfair??i also dun know how to explain...but i'm sure its something more than just the unwanted clams and the occupied taxis..instead of wondering why life is unfair..maybe its time for one to ask if one is being fair to life..meaning??are we taking things for granted??are we doing what we are called to do??doing things that are right or things that are unsightly??are we living a world of our own or are we living in a world on our own??hmm..questions..questions... but so few answers..patience...my young jedi...=)
my right eye have been twitching since yesterday when i came back from the chalet...taking a scientific point of view..it muz be the loss of sleep...given the fact that the past four days in the chalet...i had less than 10 hours of sleep..=\ but i'm always keeping my eyes peeledto wait for some things to happen... =p the chalet was fun,wild,mad and tiring..i had great fun hanging out with the boys..theres juz so much things to say but i dun noe where to start...hehe..now that the fun is over..its time to do something constructive..i better start planning wat to do for the next few months.. -thinking of asking a few bb seniors if they wld be interested in helping out in HQ for the sharity gift box..

sad...sad... unclehao1(my previous blog) was inaccessible..apparently the main system..(my com) is being infected my some kind of virus..it seems that all entry that requires a password from me to access is blocked..either somone hacked into my com and got my password or i forgot my password..which meant that i can't get into my blog to write my entry!!sad..sad..anyway i ruled out that possibility of forgeting my password..cause i can't possibily forget three accounts right?!?!firstly..my gunbound account had that problem...next was my hotmail account...which was being hacked two days ago..all my msn contacts were gone..sad..sad..(anyway...heres my new email add. sad_how@hotmail.com..add mi!! pls!! i'm desperate!!!hehehe... =p)lastly, i just found out i can't log in into my blogger account..unclehao1)sad...sad...i kinda put a lot of effort and work into my gunbound account and especially my bloggie..sighz..(no back-up plan...)and my hotmail account..which contained some important stuffs..hai!!!!!!! i haf yet solve the problem so i dun noe if unclehao2(this blog) wld be experiencing the same fate as of unclehao1...i'm keeping my fingers crossed.. virus shoo!!shoo!!!=) i've not done up with the deco bcoz it took mi almost a week to do up the pervious one!!! hehe...i'll do it slowly...until next time!!
