i'm aching all over the place..especially my thighs..thanks to soccer at kismis court yesterday. it's been ages since i've last kicked a ball and boy was i sure it was the ball that was kicking me yesterday!!

the main reason why i haven been writing is because my laptop crashed on me a week back..sent it to repair and got discharged yesterday.
I got a new hard-drive..but i dun think it's BRAND NEW.coz the start-up and processing speed sucked,it's not as good as i've had it in the very first place.but it's working fine and that's good enough.
i spent some time off tidying up my room the past week due the lack of presence of my laptop..sure is weird when u can't go online for at least once a day.lol.Now i have a neat room, not your everyday sight.ha.
b.t every sat resumed last week..i hope it's staying for long this time...haha..
going out later to catch the WC..

Friday-project day..
i made my way to the workshop to find my mentor lecturer to start our project..instead of telling us what we should do next,he said:"Come let's go for a talk in LT79." My team and i were like "wtf"?!?!?!?we tot it could be something related to our project. so, we went.
upon further questioning i came to know that apparently M.R Khoo Swee Chiow is here in NP to give a little motivational speech.For those who have no idea who M.r Khoo is,you might know him as the guy who conquered Everest in 1998.
this man is crazy!!
he did all sorts of siao stuffs.other than the fact that he climbed countless mountains.
he swam across the striats of Malacca.
he tried to swim across the English channel(but failed)
he cycled all the way from SG to Beijing!! how cool is that!!!(i wanna do that someday)
he broke the record for the longest sucba dive.
well there's just too many other crazy stuffs that he did to name..
once in a while,you need some'waking up calls' to slap us back into reality,to let us think,to allow us to think of the possibilities,to empower our mind and soul.
this was one good 'waking up call'.
anyway,the point is that the talk was great.
inspiring and motivational.
if there's pharse i would like to quote from him, it would be this:
"Enjoy your success for 5 mintues,endure your failure for 5 mintues.
Then,move on."
hmmm...move on...i think i'll do just that...

it was a wonderful AGM 06 that i've had...seeing the younger generation taking up the challenge of leading the Primers to greater heights..they just remind me of when i was Year 1...still noob noob..now..i look at myself, and then look at them..we've all grown,truely..
well,i hope the newly appointed Ex-Co will do their best and make NP Primers a even better place to stay in!!!jia you ba!!!you guys can do it!

On another note...i was out night cycling again at ECP,this time for the primers.had to do a little recee as usual..rented a bike there this time cause i was'nt really on good form to cycle all the way down.Went on through to the indoor-stadium..then kallang park..to the Esplanade and Marina South..
it was real nice chilling at the indoor stadium and Esplanade..it's been quite a while since last felt the breeze there..full of memories for everyone i suppose..and i was no excption.
it's really a funny feeling..looking at the very spot that u once stood..and picturing that very scene that once occured.very much like what happens in the shows type.haha.
hmmm.i'm pretty beat up..tireddd
night cycling ALWAYS takes it's tow on you...
